Increasing farming help reduce logistics cost

昨日召开的省政府常务会提出11点要求，目的是平抑猪肉价格、确保食品安全、加大养殖帮扶。
据省商务厅介绍，去年6月份以来，我省生猪收购价格持续上涨。今年5月份之后，涨势加速，6月末，生猪收购价格为20元/公斤，同比上涨超过100%。猪肉售价也随之一路上涨，6月份猪肉批发价为26.52元/公斤，同比上涨也超过100%，较今年1月份上涨42.96%。
由于最近肉价持续上涨，近期市场销量下降。7月1日，全省批发市场交易量较前一周（6月17日）下降36.86%。
对于肉价的不断上涨，昨日的会议提出11点要求，以平抑猪肉价格。赵正永说，养猪户对于猪肉价的大范围波动，“也是提心吊胆，他们也希望市场稳定，不希望价格大起大落。”
据了解，2007年下半年，国家出台了一些扶持生猪生产政策，有些政策并未贯彻至今。“不能形势一好就忘了农民。”赵正永告诫各级官员。
此次，扶持生产将从增加保险、帮助企业贷款、监控饲料价格与质量等方面展开。“金融机构要研究对生猪养殖的贷款扶持。”赵正永说，并拿出一定资金贴息。
因饲料价格上涨，有农民反映“猪吃的比人吃的还贵”，对此赵正永要求严格监控饲料的价格和质量。
目前，猪肉价格中，物流成本占到相当费用，因此“到期的公路收费站要撤销，减少公路收费。”赵正永强调，必须有效降低流通成本。
针对近期出现的食品安全问题，赵正永要求依法严厉打击，“不能让食品安全问题损害政府公信力”。
